Every once in a while, the app may take a bit longer to open and it may seem like it’s getting hung up on the green loading screen. This could be for one of two reasons:
- Sometimes, when we make small changes to the app (bug fixes, design updates, etc.), we will load them in at the beginning of your next session instead of rolling them into a full app store release. This may cause the loading screen to hang for a bit while the update processes. In most cases, updates should load in under 10 seconds, but if you notice that it’s taking longer than one minute, please contact support and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
- Your data / WiFi signal is poor. In this case, check to make sure you have full bars, then close and reopen the app. If you’re in the grocery store and using the store’s Wi-Fi network, try toggling Wi-Fi off and using data if you can. Grocery stores often have patchy signals, especially at peak shopping times.
