Trouble accessing Spoonful Unlimited features

If you’ve already upgraded to a Spoonful Unlimited plan, but don’t have access to the features, there are a few things you’ll want to check.

  1. Verify that you’re signed into your Spoonful account. Unfortunately, guest profiles cannot access premium features. You can do so by navigating the the Me tab and checking the top of the screen for your username.
  2. If you have multiple Spoonful accounts, make sure that the account you’re signed into is the same one you used to upgrade.
  3. On rare occasions, there can be a disconnect between Spoonful and the Apple App or Google Play Store resulting in your subscription not being fully recognized. In these cases, click this link from the device you installed Spoonful on, and it will reset the connection.
