How do I report a product?

If you see something that doesn’t look right, please report it! We’re happy to take a look and make any necessary changes.

  1. Tap the grey flag icon in the top right-hand corner of the product modal.
  2. Leave us a message explaining why the product needs another look.
  3. We typically respond via email within 48 hours once the product has been assessed.

Here are a few reasons to report a product:

  • The image is incorrect.
  • The ingredient list is out of date. (We try to update all sources every 3 months, but sometimes things fall through the cracks.)
  • The allergen statement is out of date.
  • The name of the product is incorrect or unclear.
  • The product should be a different color.
