In the US, we adhere to guidelines set by the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA), which mandates clear labeling for major allergens, helping consumers make informed choices. Outside of the US, we adhere to similar legislation as set forth by each country we serve.
While we do our best to provide accurate information based on what’s on the label, it’s important to note that we currently cannot assess manufacturing processes or potential cross-contamination risks. This means we are unable to determine whether a product may have been produced in a facility that handles allergens, which is critical for users with severe allergies.
